4 bell peppers
1lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp each of: paprika, oregano, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder
1/2 tsp each of: salt and pepper
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup parmigiana cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and boil them in a large pan until slightly soft. Drain and set them aside. Cook the beef in a skillet with all of the spices until browned. Drain and set aside.
2. Saute the vegetables until soft and add them into a large bowl with the beef, cooked rice, and tomato sauce. Place the bell peppers in a large (greased) pan to cook and fill them with the rice/beef/vegetable/sauce mixture.
3. Top with the cheese and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
