Butternut Squash Soup

This soup only has 5 ingredients! (Plus salt, pepper, and olive oil)

1 Butternut squash

1 potato

1 onion

1 quart of chicken stock

1 cup of whole milk

Your roast all the veggies together with 2Tbs olive oil, a pinch of salt n peppa (At 400* for 50 minutes)

Then boil them in the broth and blend them (in a blender or w/ an immersion blender) until smooth. I made my soup chunky today!

Return to pot and add the milk to thicken!

It is QUITE tasty with some bread dipped in !
